Important information regarding COVID-19
In participation with our community to slow down the spread of the COVID-19 virus, CMA Technology is suspending technician visits to customer sites for non-emergency issues. This includes all new equipment installations and incident resolution. We will monitor the guidance of our community leaders and resume field operations at the appropriate time.
The CMA Technology helpdesk will continue to provide remote support to our customers. The quickest way to receive support is to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. As many folks are working from home, please include a phone number where you may be contacted.
Requests for emergency on-site support will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the CMA Technology helpdesk to start the request. Our team will evaluate the request and escalate as appropriate.
