Dr. Gregory A. Baker
Vice President and General Manager
Dr. Baker possess 20 years of experience in both large and small company environments. He developed his leadership skills at Lockheed Martin and worked his way up to achieve the certification of Qualified Program Manager. He was fortunate to work on several cutting edge development programs, including an experimental radar system, the Air Force command and control systems for air and space, and STRATCOMS next generation planning system.
Dr. Baker earned a doctorate in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology and Evans High School. He is active in the Augusta community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors for Easter Seals of East Georgia and as President of the Georgia Tech Alumni Network of Augusta. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Augusta where he is a Paul Harris Fellow.
Carolyn Rahn Newsome
Account Manager
Carolyn comes to CMA after 10 years as an Account Manager at Knology of Augusta where they handled Major ISP accounts and Hosted Centrex Clients. A graduate of Augusta State University with a BA in Psychology, she found herself taking C++ and Visual Basic classes just for fun and become a teaching assistant in Visual Basic Programming. It was there that a love of communicating about technology took hold. She brings extensive Voice and Data experience and holds a certification by the TIA as a CCNT, Certified in Convergent Network Technologies. Around the office Carolyn is known as the Interpreter for her clients. Speaking both geek and normal languages, she is able to assess a business environment and recommend the technical products and services that can best accomplish their tasks. In April 2012 Carolyn was appointed to the Advisory Board for the Augusta Chapter of the Technology Association of Georgia and serves on the board of directors for Child Enrichment, an organization that serves abused children in the CSRA.
Carolyn can help with anything that plugs into an Ethernet cable and she is a Seller of Clouds.
Matthew Long
Account Manager
Matthew has more than 20 years of experience in the technology world. He is an Augusta native graduating from Evans High School and from GA Institute of Technology with a BS in Industrial Management. He came to work for then Computer Masters of Augusta when Microsoft didn't even have a server platform and the desktop OS was MS Dos 6.2. He has the knowledge that comes from years of first-hand experience and has most likely at some point helped someone you know. He holds sales certifications from more manufacturers than we could list and is known for his love of taking care of his clients. He is ready and willing to help with all of your technology needs.
